Silicone Coated Fiberglass Cloth----Fiberglass fabric with silicone coating is made of a fiberglass cloth coated on one side or both sides with a specially formulated silicone rubber compound. This kind of material has highly flexible and it can provide an excellent protective fabric for insulating blankets and other heat-resistant components. The working temperature for basic fiberglass is rated at 1000°F/550°C, but the silicone coating fiberglass cloth on has 550°F/287°C. However, it still has many advantages, compared with uncoated fabrics, silicone coating fiberglass cloth has a longer extended life and provides greater water and oil resistance. At the same time, Silicone coated glass fiber fabric has good flexibility, puncture resistance, and tear resistance. When this material is used for soft connection processing, the dry surface of this fabric will not stick to the sewing table and the cloth structure will not be deformed, making it easier to sew, drape and handle.

Polyurethane PU Coated Fiberglass Cloth----Polyurethane(PU) coated fiberglass fabric is made from woven C-glass or E-glass fiberglass fabric which is coated with grey polyurethane coating on both sides. Pu Coated fiberglass cloth is mainly used for smoke curtains. Polyurethane PU-coated SMOKE cloth can withstand a continuous working temperature of 280oC and a short-term working temperature of 600oC. In this way, it is a very suitable material for welding sparks, spatter shields, welding blankets, smoke, and fire curtains. Finally, Coated fiberglass fabric also has some special properties like chemical corrosion resistance, electrical insulation, high strength, no itchy, rich colors.

Vermiculite Coated Fiberglass Fabrics---- Vermiculite-coated fiberglass fabrics are woven from highly texturized continuous filament fiberglass yarn and treated with a proprietary vermiculite coating. Compared with other coated fiberglass cloth, Vermiculite Coated Fiberglass Fabric can withstand constant operating temperatures up to 1500°F / 815°C and peak temperatures up to 2000°F / 1095°C. The high-temperature coating makes the heat evenly dispersed on the surface of the glass fiber fabric, which significantly improves its high-temperature resistance and wears resistance. Acrylic Coated Fiberglass Fabric----Compared with fiberglass cloth, acrylic-coated fiberglass cloth has twice the abrasion resistance and twice the stiffness/stiffness.
